Experience & Education
Alisha Kosareff, Esq., brings over a decade of experience as a real estate and business lawyer, holding a law degree from the UCLA School of Law, and a B.A. in political science from the University of California, Irvine. As the former general counsel of Cove Capital Investments, LLC, an investment firm specializing in 1031 exchange and cash investments—and with in-house roles at multiple real estate companies—she brings a comprehensive understanding of legal oversight, process development, and risk mitigation across all facets of a business.
Alisha has managed the acquisition, disposition, and investment offerings of multi-million dollar commercial properties nationwide, including under DST and fund structures, with a total value over half a billion dollars, overseeing the projects from start to finish on behalf of her clients. Her experience also includes forming investment funds and negotiating leases with some of the largest national tenants.
Alisha’s expertise spans a broad range of commercial real estate matters, including office, retail, industrial, shopping centers, medical, and multifamily assets, as well as contract review and guidance for a wide variety of business needs.
